Krill Oil Review

I was given the opportunity to review Krill Oil.  This is a natural supplement much like Fish Oil without the fishy taste and smell!  I wanted to review this product because I knew that it would be something that is beneficial to me.  The one thing that I knew it was known for helping with is inflammation.  That is the main reason I wanted to try this product.  With my Charcot Marie Tooth Disease I need help with inflammation in my muscles and in my nerves.  I prefer natural supplements of medications, but over the years I have taken mixes of the two for relief.  Krill Oil is something that not only I can vouch for, but my mother takes it and it seems to be aiding her as well.

I believe that this is something that people of all ages can benefit from. (as recommended by Everest Nutrition NOT for children under 6)  Please continue reading to find out why this is something that can benefit everyone!

In a recent study Kill Oil has been found to help in these areas:

  • Reduce your risk of a cardiovascular "event"
  • Vanquish artery-clogging LDL
  • Reduce harmful triglycerides
  • Slash heart-damaging inflammation
  • Raise HDL "good" cholesterol
  • Soothe the pain and discomfort of stiff joints
  • Boost your memory and mental focus
  • Reduce facial wrinkles
  • Increase your energy
  • Decreases the physical and emotional effects of PMS

Just from looking at this brief list of positive effects that Krill Oil has on the body gives a significant reason as to why you should take this supplement.  Now the question you are going to ask is why should I take this supplement instead of another Krill Oil supplement out there.  Well, I have the answer for you.

Check out this chart that shows you the differences with Everest Nutrition Krill Oil and other brands of Krill Oil that are available on the market.

This product is safe for almost everyone.  If you are pregnant or are allergic you should talk with your doctor before taking this.  They also say t hat this is good for CHILDREN!  They suggest children ages 6 and up take one Krill Oil capsule a day instead of the adult dosage which is 2 capsules a day.

Overall I like this product because of its benefits.  I also like the fact that it is a capsule over any other type of pill these are easier for me to swallow and I believe that they are easier for people in general to swallow.

Now that you know what Krill Oil is what do you think of it?  Do you already take a supplement like Krill or Fish Oil?

  1. How interesting, I never really saw Krill Oil before, my own doctor pushes for me to take Fish oil, but I can not stomach the pills, I have bought them only to gag on the smell. I have cardiovascular issues and the doctor believes it would be beneficial to me, I will definitely have to look into Krill Oil. Thank you!

  2. Thanks for sharing this information. Like Melissa, I have not actually seen this available before. I've taken fish oil in the past, but tend to be inconsistent with keeping up with taking extra supplements.
