#Cinchspiration Week 2

Week 2 has been about just as much of a success!  The food is still great and I keep experimenting with my shakes.  I am not a big fan of the vanilla so I have been making 1 scoop vanilla, and 1 scoop chocolate shakes as well as occasionally adding fruit to it.


The tea that we are given is ok hot with some honey but I have also started adding it to my lunch shake in lieu of drinking it as a tea.  This makes it much easier for me especially since most days I am at work or my internship for 5-9 hours.


I am running out of meal bars so I have switched to having 2 shakes a day on most days which is fine for me.  I just mix myself two in the morning before work and stick one in the fridge at work and shake it again before drinking for lunch.


The end of the week weigh in and measure was exciting!  I lost one pound this week! No inches but I did lose a pound!

#Cinchspiration Week #1

Week 1 was rather successful.  I managed to have a shake for breakfast, a snack bar, and have a meal bar for lunch.  My dinners varied but were a variety of chicken dinners.    


I started out with the chocolate shakes with skim milk.  I have added raspberries and strawberries so far and really liked that.  A mixture of chocolate and latte is also really good.  I think my favorite is strawberry and fresh strawberries.  


I really enjoy the meal bars as well.  The peanut butter chocolate chip is really yummy.  I was nervous about the blueberry almond because I am not a fan of almond but I do enjoy them.


At the end of the week I measured myself and weighed in, but there was no change.  It was a huge change for my diet so I think my body is still adjusting.

Summer #BlogChallenge Day #19: Something I'm Proud of!

--Something I'm Proud of From the Last Few Days--


This one is really easy for me because this is all about my #cinchspiration journey!  Why!?  Because I am so proud of myself for these past five days that I have kept to my new diet!  I haven't been cheating and I am working hard to get fit and get healthy.  Check out the different foods I have been eating!! They are so yummy!  I have to admit I thought I would have to force myself to eat all of these but I have been doing great!

The beginning of my new journey with Shaklee begins today!  I am very excited to begin my journey with these other 49 female bloggers to lose some weight!  I have finally taken my before pictures on Day 1 of my six month journey!  I am going to be working really hard to get back down to my old weight of 115 lbs!

Summer #BlogChallenge Day #16: Fitness Guru or Couch Potato?

--Fitness guru or couch potato? Talk about your fitness habits.--


This couldn't have better timing!  I admit I am a couch potato.  I don't do all that much, but that is going to change on Monday!  I am so pumped to start my Shaklee Cinch inch loss plan with my #cinchspiration teammates!!!  You can follow me and my teammates in our 6 month journey to lose weight and get healthier!!!  


My goal is to go from 160 lbs to 115 or 110 lbs in the next six months!  I am revved and ready to get back to my old size!  I must run off and see if I can make up my dinner plans for the up coming weeks and get started on getting some of my work out into my routine today and tomorrow so that I can ease into the full routine!

It's Here!!!


I am so excited to start my #Cinchspiration Journey with Shaklee!! My #Cinchspiration Journey Begins Soon!

I announced here that I was one of 50 bloggers picked to join Shaklee's Cinch It #Cinchspiration Team!  I thought I would share with you all what I hope to gain from this! I have always been a pretty small girl.  I am 5'4" and I have been this height since I was in 6th or 7th grade so it has been years with me at this height.  I could be taller if my spine did not continue to curve but over the years as I was growing it curved which left me at the wonderfully just below average height.

I am a Shaklee Healthier Life Blogger #Cinchspiration

I have been waiting weeks for the news!  I applied for the Shaklee Healthier Life Blogger #Cinchspiration Team and never really thought I had a chance!  I figured tons of people would be apply which a lot did (a total of 264 bloggers applied) and only 50 bloggers were accepted!


I really never thought that this would be me.  I haven't been blogging for very long and I have never made a video review before which I will be doing monthly with this Team #cinchspiration program I am in with Shaklee now!
