This one is really easy for me because this is all about my #cinchspiration journey! Why!? Because I am so proud of myself for these past five days that I have kept to my new diet! I haven't been cheating and I am working hard to get fit and get healthy. Check out the different foods I have been eating!! They are so yummy! I have to admit I thought I would have to force myself to eat all of these but I have been doing great!
The shakes are just so good. This one is a strawberry Shake with fresh and frozen strawberries in it!!! Just Yum!!!
I am not a fan of tea so it is taking a little getting used to but a hot cup of tea with a dollop of honey is great!
My awesome lunch yesterday was a Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Meal-in-a-Bar and two water bottles! It's not just about the food! You have to drink lots of water too!
My lunch today is a great one! A Blueberry Almond Meal-in-a-Bar! I have to admit I thought I wouldn't like this because I don't like almonds, but it really does taste good!
You can't go a whole day without a snack right!? This Lemon Cranberry Bar for a snack is amazing!
