Noxicare™ Natural Pain Relief Cream Review

I was so excited to try out Noxicare™ Natural Pain Relief Cream!  Why?  As many of you know I get a lot of pain in my back and nerves.  I was hoping that this would help.  I tried this out on my hands, arms, legs, feet, and back as well as my boyfriends back.


First before I tell you more about my opinions of this product I want to tell you about the product itself some more.

This cream has 7 essential ingredients that aid in pain relief and anti-inflammation: 

1. Turmeric- is known for being one of the most powerful natural pain relief options out there.
2. Willow Bark- has also been used for natural pain relief and inflammation since ancient Greece and ancient Egypt.
3. Ginger- this helps to relieve muscle pains as well as pains from arthritis and rheumatism as well as also being a catalyst in helping to improve the effectiveness of other herbs.
4. Rosemary Extract- this has been used to relief pain as well as help the regrowth of hair and relieve respiratory systems.
5. Holy Basil- this works as an anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antibacterial, and an antiviral.
6. Boswellia Extract- is used for pain relief and as an anti-inflammatory.  It has successfully been used to treat Chrohn's disease and other intestinal problems.
7. Alpha Lipoic Acids- this has been used to treat diabetic neuropathy and increasing blood flow to the nerves.

I was really excited when I saw everything that it can do to help out.  It helped a little bit with nerve pain in my hands and feet however all of the pain that comes from the damaged nerves couldn't be reversed.  I also found a lot of help with rubbing it on my back and my boyfriends.  It tasted quite a few hours.   


My boyfriend balked at first because it is yellow and not an all to pleasant color, but I did get him to let me put it on his back and it took me awhile of asking him is it working to find out that it was making his back feel better and he could feel it when it started to wear off.


Overall I have to say that between the two of us we really liked this product and more than likely will be buying more for us to use in the future.

All Terrain Sunscreen Review

I was given the opportunity to review All Terrain Sunscreen!  I was very excited about this review because I love using natural products and this sounded amazing!  It is non-greasy and has a no slip dry grip sunscreen.  When using this I was very surprised it was even a lot less slippery than lotions are.  It is pretty thick and rubs on easily.  


This AquaSport is very water/sweat resistant and seemed to work well on my boyfriend when he was outside working on the house.   The sunscreen asks that you apply it on every 80 minutes when you are exposed to water or sweat.  I did not have other sunscreens at home to compare this to, but it felt like it was real frequent applications.  However, even if it is the natural aspect of the sunscreen really makes me want to use it more than other brands out there.


Recently All Terrain Sunscreen has been rated by both Consumer Reports and EWG's Skin Deep Sunscreens of 2012 as being "Top Rated" Sunscreen. Beauty Spoon Review

The Beauty Spoon's motto is "If you can't get to it, Beauty Spoon It!"  I have to agree with the motto this product is great!  I was excited to try this and I thought that it would be wonderful to use with my lotions!


I have always hated throwing out a bottle that isn't completely empty but there is no good way to get the last of the product. I would shake the bottles and set them upside down  to try to get everything from them, but it never seemed to get it all!

Nature Sleep Memory Foam Slipper Review!

I want to give a big thanks to Nature's Sleep for allowing me the chance to do a review and giveaway of their Nature's Sleep Memory Foam Slippers.  Slippers are something that I really need to wear on a daily basis.  They make it possible for me to walk around my house without wearing my shoes all day long.


The deformities that have occurred to my feet because of my disability cause them to be really painful to just walk around bare foot.  Let me explain this a little more.  My feet have really high arches and I have very little muscle and cushioning to the bottoms of my feet which cause most of the pain.  

CollageIt Review!

I was so excited to get this awesome software program to review today!  CollageIt made by PearlMountain and is a really easy software program that you can use to make some really unique picture collages!  These can be used for all sorts of things!  I am planning on using them for greeting cards as well as for digital scrapbooks.  


I think they are a great way to make a digital scrapbook to share with family since you can create a theme for each collage you make!  What I liked the most was how fast it downloaded, as well as how simple and fast it was to make a collage.


I was given this product to review it before Father's Day so that you can see just what kind of cute things that you can make for dad.  This isn't something that just mom has to use children can use it too.  The software is easy enough that children can figure it out.  I would suggest no younger than 8 or so working it along, but younger can still help mom pick where to put those pictures!

Yummy Almondina!

Almondina, the healthy treat that was around before its time!  I have to admit I was nervous trying these little cookie treats!  They are great and I am glad that I said yes to preforming a review.  The reason I was so nervous is because in all honesty I hate Almonds and that is the big basis of these cookies. Lol.  They all have almonds in them!


I was given a sampler pack that came with seven different types of their cookies.  I remember opening my box looking at some of them real wearily thinking there is no way I am going to like that one and boy was I wrong!

4th of July Party Pack Review!

Ohhh, how I wish we were still doing summer family reunions.  I know many people have family get together's and family reunions around the 4th of July.  It is a way to celebrate family and our country.


I was given the opportunity to review these 4th of July Games and share it with you.  This is something that children and adults will both love!   I was thinking about these little games and I think they would have been perfect when I was growing up!  Every 4th of July we had a block party and I can remember all of the neighbor kids driving the parents crazy!  


There were a lot of neighbor kids from anywhere to a couple years older than me to 5 years younger which meant lots of little kids running around all over the place.  I think the only time we were all some what calm was when we were allowed to play with sparklers.

My sister and I would have loved the Mad Libs not just for the 4th of July but for road trips we were always looking for new ones and the Mad Libs in this one were fun!  I made my boyfriend fill them out with me.  These weren't the only thing that was fun.  I ran through the trivia questions one my own, with my boyfriend, and my boss. (Lol!)  It was a lot of fun and I noticed we all knew different things (though Mr. Smartypants knew more than anyone else! My boyfriend knows way too many random facts about everything).  


I admit I might bring it whereever we are for the 4th of July this year and torture (hem. I didn't say that. :) )... I mean play these games with my boyfriends teenaged brothers eventhough I know they won't want to play with me!

**Spotlight** TV Flashback Review!

The card that I was sent has my blog header on the front!  My card is a gold frisbee with the image screened on front.  I was very excited when I found this in the mail.  I brought it inside and the first that happened was my cat walking up inspecting it.  Kratos, my dog, and I played fetch with it however his tooth went through it pretty fast (he is a very rough playing dog).

The image looks pretty nice on the card however because of the dark colors it came out a little dark and the image was a little hard to see though it was very detailed.  This is something that I believe a kid would really love to get for their birthday!  All kids like getting mail right?  I know I loved tossing a frisbee when I was young.

I do love how with this card you can do more then read it and set it aside or on display for a little while.  This is a card that you can play with and interact with!  Overall I really love this greeting card!

CJ's BUTTer Review

I was recently given the opportunity to review CJ's BUTTer®. These products were created by CJ S. Miller out of her kitchen because she was determined to make a cloth diaper friendly diaper cream for her children.  This Original BUTTer® formula she created turned out to not only be known internationally as the best cloth diaper cream, however with its all natural ingredients   it has been found to have great healing qualities.

It has been known to treat such troubles as:

The first product that I tried out was The Original CJ's BUTTer®.  This product came in the 1/2 oz sample size.  I have been using it for a couple of weeks now and I have not used even half of it.  I have been applying it behind my ears and around my eyes once or twice a day.  This product has been really helping me out in reducing inflammation as well as the flaky, scaliness that comes with eczema.


I was also provided this in additional scents from just the Original CJ's BUTTer®.  These scents were Bergamot Coriander, Sensuality, and Intrigue.  Sensuality is a blend of ylang, ylang & myrrh and Intrigue is a blend of orange, lemon, & petitgrain.  I absolutely fell in love with the Bergamot Coriander which of them is going to always be my favorite.  My second favorite would have to be Intrigue.  Sensuality is a nice scent however it is a little strong for me.  I also prefer sweet and fruity scents while the Sensuality is a flowery and spicy scent because of the myrrh which is spicy and the ylang ylang which mixes in a flowery scent.

The second product that I sampled was the CJ's BUTTer® Spritz Unscented.  This has multiple uses.  I tried using it as a spritz spray on my skin after my shower and felt my skin much softer and much easier and faster than putting lotion on everywhere.  I also tried this on my boyfriend's unruly frizzy hair.  It seemed to help it be a little less wild though we still have not found anything to reduce the frizziness or curls.

The third product I tried was CJ's Carcass Cleaner Tea Tree Scent.  This comes in a foaming pump like many hand soaps can be bought in, however because it is a natural product and does not contain the sythetic lathering agent it does not lather.  I am a fan of Tea Tree oil however I felt this was a very strong scent.  I used it on my hair massaging it into my scalp which seemed to help a little with the dandruff and dry scalp.  I have been trying to stop using products like Head and Shoulders so I just used this and than Shampoo'd with my normal Shampoo.

The fourth product I sampled was CJ's Peppermint Cream Lotion.  This cream has been amazing with the fluxuating temperatures that we have been having here in Michigan.  It creates a cooling soothing sensation on tired and aching feet and legs.  In addition to my feet and legs it helps a lot with my hands since in the warmer weather my nerves in my hands and feet go haywire and this cream really helps to bring them back to a neutral temperature which helps relieve achiness and tiredness that often occurs.  It also helps my hands because when they are hot I have less grip and weaker hands so it helps me to regain the strength that I do have left in them.

The final product that I sampled was two different flavors of CJ's BUTTer® Lip Balm.  These two came in Unflavored and Lip-tricity which is brand new and made with essential peppermint oil.  During most of the day I use the Unflavored which is what I normally prefer, but when I need something nice to smell the Lip-tricity is great!


Overall I loved all of the products that I was sent and I am very satisfied with them and would recommend them to other people.  I do know that the peppermint items have been known to help reduce migraines however I was unable to test this as my boyfriend has not had any since I received these products.

**While I love this company's products and do highly recommend them I wanted to make note that I received these products in a timely manner however over the past few weeks I have made multiple attempts to contact them and to no avail I have had no responses.**

System Mechanic 10.8 Review

I jumped on the opportunity to review System Mechanic 10.8 because I love keeping my computer safe and as clean as I can since I am on the internet a lot and I know that it is not the safest thing in the world.  I found this product very easy to install and use.


I was really excited when I found out that there is no install limit on the software like so many products!  Most things that I buy give a 3 product install limit which is annoying if you have more than three computers or if you need to re-install after a system wipe.


I installed this really fast and then followed the instructions and ran the scan on my computer.  Once that was complete it told me what was wrong and let me choose what I wanted to fix.  This program worked great and helped speed up my laptop.  On top of that it also updates regularly and I perform scans occasionally just to make sure that everything is still ok.


If this program sounds good to you there are two things that you can do.  The first is that you can go download Free product with only 7 of the 50 tools of all of their software.  The second thing that you can do is enter the giveaway to win the System Mechanic 10.8 that will be beginning 5/26 so be on the look out for it!

Secret Agent/Spy Party Printables Review

I love games and I love things that make me think! This fun little spy activity is perfect for me!  Since I do not have any kids I tried everything out just with me.  I know this is something that I would have loved as a child!


This is a great party game for children (and a pretty fun, and silly one for adults too).  When you get this package it will be in PDF format and all you will have to do is print out the materials.  All of the directions are really simple and detailed so that you will be able to understand and not mess anything up.


Aside from the printed out materials you will need:

• Brads
• Black Balloons
• Lemon Juice
• (wax) Crayons

All of these items are easy enough to find at your local stores.  You will want to make sure that the balloons are black so that you cannot see into them.


As I stated above I just set this up for me and it was quite entertaining.  I loved how well it all worked and I can just imagine how excited kids would be to play this game.

AR-15 Gun Shirt Review!

I have gotten so many products to review in the past couple of weeks.  This is one of my favorites!  Why?  This is one of my favorites because I can wear this original gun t-shirt all the time.  This is something I can use over and over!


I love the t-shirt I was sent! It is of pretty high quality.  The shirt is pretty thick and comfortable and the image that is screened onto it is nice and thick and I can tell will last a long time and not just peel off because it is thin and not on very well like some shirts that I have gotten in the past.  I love what the shirts stand for.


We should stand up for our freedoms and do it in a positive good way instead of in negative ways that make us and our country look bad.  That isn't what I want.  I know that the shirt will draw attention and I am waiting for someone to just walk up and ask me about it!!  


These shirts are affordable and like I said of high quality.  They also have MANY different shirts to choose from so you should be able to find one that fits your personality!

Dryer Ball Review!

I have been wanting to review a set of dryer balls for quite a while now and I finally was given the opportunity to review a set of 3 wool dryer balls from The Willow Store.  I was so excited for these that when I found out I would be getting them I saved up a bunch of laundry to do!

I was sent a package just like this with 3 dryer balls in various different colors!  What is great is that they look amazing and they do NOT bleed color onto your clothes!  The reason I really wanted to review wool dryer balls and not plastic ones is because I thought that from the sounds of them they would be more effective at reducing drying time as well as softening my clothes.


I figured I needed to try these out with all different types of loads of laundry.  I used them with my normal clothes, jeans, and towels.  I saw significant dryer time reductions.  Normally since I do not dry any of my loads on high heat they take between 2-3 30 minute low heat cycles.  It is usually 3 for towels and jeans and 2 for normal loads.  With these dryer balls I was able  to reduce these to 1-2 30 minute dryer cycles!!!


Seeing that reduction was amazing!!! It made me so excited!  In the end I LOVED these dryer balls.  I do recommend these for you and your family.  The $20 for all 3 is completely worth the purchase!


By buying these you will cut your dryer usage which will lower your electric or gas bill and you won't have to buy dryer sheets!  It won't take long to start saving money!  What is also great is the fact that you can use these for years!!!
