#Cinchspiration Week #1

Week 1 was rather successful.  I managed to have a shake for breakfast, a snack bar, and have a meal bar for lunch.  My dinners varied but were a variety of chicken dinners.    

I started out with the chocolate shakes with skim milk.  I have added raspberries and strawberries so far and really liked that.  A mixture of chocolate and latte is also really good.  I think my favorite is strawberry and fresh strawberries.  

I really enjoy the meal bars as well.  The peanut butter chocolate chip is really yummy.  I was nervous about the blueberry almond because I am not a fan of almond but I do enjoy them.

At the end of the week I measured myself and weighed in, but there was no change.  It was a huge change for my diet so I think my body is still adjusting.

    Congratulations on making it through your first week. The best part about the first week is tasting each one of the shakes or bars and seeing which ones you like the nest. I love the strawberry mixed with either more strawberries or some blueberries---YUM!

    Keep can do it girl!
