The tea that we are given is ok hot with some honey but I have also started adding it to my lunch shake in lieu of drinking it as a tea. This makes it much easier for me especially since most days I am at work or my internship for 5-9 hours.
I am running out of meal bars so I have switched to having 2 shakes a day on most days which is fine for me. I just mix myself two in the morning before work and stick one in the fridge at work and shake it again before drinking for lunch.
The end of the week weigh in and measure was exciting! I lost one pound this week! No inches but I did lose a pound!
